2 Months Missed Period Still Negative

Am I not pregnant? I took a hpt when i was 2 weeks overdue and it was negative. But I experienced vomiting, nausea, bloating, and hardness below my belly. I visited my doctor and she gave me urine test and physical examination which are both negative. Is there any chance that I am pregnant? I'm still not having my period and taking testing pills (progesterone) to help my menses come or maintain my uterus if i'm pregnant. How can I be sure?
