I have not had a period since November 17th, 2004 and todays date is 2/22/05. I have taken 2 HPT and both negative. One just last month. I dont wanna waste my time and have bad news by going to the DR and having them tell me I am not PG. My hubby and I have been trying to get PG for 3 yrs now and this is the longest I have missed. But I am still afriad that it is just a trick of the body. Please any suggestions on what to do Please Post. Thanks

I know exactly what you're going through. My last period was Dec. 25th. I've taken many pregnancy tests, and I've tried a lot of different brands, all of which came out negative. I too sometimes think my body is playing tricks on me because sometimes I have symptoms and sometimes I don't. I finally went to my doctor on Friday and she did a blood test, but she called me Monday and told me that the hormones that she checked were normal. She didn't check the hCG hormone level, she only checked to see if I was pre-menopausal, which didn't make any sense to me considering the fact that I am only 22 years old, but I guess you never know. Since the hormone she checked came back normal, she referred me to have a trans-v____al ultrasound. I will have that done later this weeks, so hopefully when I have that done, I will get the answers that I'm seeking. Hang in there, and good luck.
