Confused Help On Those New Ept

i am 2 weeks late and took those new ept and there was a very faint horizontal line on the round window it was very very faint...has this happend to anybody.... cuz ive been real tired lately and nausous at night time only and bb's not sore but look a lilttle bigger... any advive
