Could I Still Be Pregnant

I had started having unprotected s_x with my Fiance on my birthday, which was the 13th of march... I have been having some syptoms of pregnancy but I have not yet missed my period( I should be getting it any day now) I took a pregnancy test today and it came out negative. could I still be pregnant, should I wait till after my missed period to take another pregnancy test?

i had my period on mar 28.
But i have not yet got my period this month in march. but on monday i did a pregancy test from the drug store but it came negative. please can u tell me:

i would wait a few more days and then take another test. it might just be too early to tell yet. i took mine the day after my should've been date. what are your symptoms?
