A made a HCG blood test and the result is: 9,13 mUI/ml. It could be possible to be pregnant? I didn't took drugs or any treatment, and my last period was 5 may 2004.

My sister is pregnant and the doctor said her hcg level was at 13 or 13,000,she is not sure what the doctor said but the doctor said that it came back high. Could this mean she is having twins?
