I just took an e+p+t hpt and the first box had a strong test line. The results window is supposed to have a plus for pregnant, and a minus for not. Mine had a pretty strong line in the results window at first, and then the more I looked at it, I could see a faint faint line crossing it. The line was not solid, it was like three really thin lines crossing and very faint, so if I held it in the light at different angles I couldn't see the crossing line(s) anymore. Anyone ever had this happen? What does it mean? I really don't want to be pregnant, and getting a doctor's appt. in this town could take weeks. I am going crazy. Any ideas? Thanks.

I just had the same thing happen to me. My result was a faint positive line but you could tell that it was a +. I am waiting to take another test tomorrow. I am not sure what this means.

I am 9 days overdue af and took 3 hpt this week. The last one I took seemed negative but then I looked really hard and thought I cound see a shadow crossing....then it was gone then it seemed to me to be there. I dont know if it was my will making its way....confused. I know how you feel, good luck I am going for a blood test tomorrow to get to the truth.
