I am 3 1/2 weeks late for my period which are usually on time.... i had a professional urine test done and it came back negative so dr told me i wasnt pregnant... i have morning sickness.... fatigue... sore and swollen br___ts... frequent urination...."slight cramping" feeling in lower abdomen... like pelvic area is bruised... can i be pregnant and just not showing up in urine???
