I took the EPT test, but in the first circle their is supose to be a veritcal strip? i have a faint horizontal strip, and the second lil box has the line. so when it says 2 lines does that mean horizontal too? or just verical like it shows in the boklet.

There should not be a horizontal line at all, in either window. A positive result would have one vertical line in each window. A negative result will have 1 vertical line in 1 window and no line in the other window. I have no clue why there is a horizontal line with the brand you used. I would retest in the morning.
