I Am 4 Days Late Negative HPT Result

I always get my period on time. This month I am 4 days late. I did 2 HPT test, and it was turned out negative. I have the similar cramp of what I always used to get before my period starts. Having mild headache through out the day and my br___ts are bit painful. few breakouts on my face. I feel like I will have my periods due to the cramps, backache and leg pain that I have. Having mild vomitting I was very stressed during my last period and later it was fine. Do you think that I may be pregnant?
