I was wonderin if 1 week is too early to test.. because i can't afford to wait

I think yes it's too early. If fertilization actually happened when you had s_x, it would take approx. 10 days for the implantation. And without implantation, you cannot have the hormone that the hpt would detect. So that is a lot of ifs. Why can't you afford to wait?

I can't afford to wait cuz i do a lot of gymnastics and i don't want to miscarry

I teach dance, and with my first preg. I did split leaps etc the whole first month. Not that I would rec. that! I bet you would be ok until you found out for sure. I don't think jumping around can cause you to mc.-
