It recently happened to me that I was 3 weeks late and starting to get pregnancy symptoms but the tests kept coming up negative. It's very depressing to feel pregnant but to be told you're not. I did some research and found that it's quite common, especially among women trying to concieve, to have a false or phantom pregnancy. This means you would possibly get all the symtoms, even to the point where you start to gain weight and you br___ts and belly grow, even though you are not pregnant. Usually in these cases, once the woman unconvinces herself of the pregnancy the symptoms will go away. Once I made myself believe the negative tests and calm down (stress can definitly cause many pregnancy-like symptoms) I got my period and the syptoms went away. So if you're confused and stressed out by pregnancy symptoms but negative tests, probably the best thing to do is try to believe the tests and see what happens. Of course it is rare but quite possibly to be pregnant and not have it show up on tests (especially before 6 weeks), so it's still wise to not drink or smoke and to keep taking care of yourself until you know for sure that you're not pregnant. And if the symtoms still don't go away, get an ultra sound and you'll know for sure. But it's definitly not helpful to be wasting your time stressing about a phantom pregnancy when you could be concieving a real one. I'd say just relax and it will happen. Good luck to you all!

Its probably too soon to tell by the tests. You should wait 5 to 6 weeks to test again. Because in most cases 3 weeks is too soon to tell.
