Late Period 2 Weeks Neg Blood Urine

I am late over 2 weeks. My last blood test was negative but my progesterone was high so I had it repeated today. My problem is I had a misscarriage 2 months ago. I am showing all the signs or pregnancy but still negative tests. Anyone else gone throught this?
