Need Help Different Situation With Pregnancy Test

First off I'm 20yrs old and I don't get my period on a regular basis. It pretty much comes when it wants to. It has always been this way since I can remember except for when I was on the pill. However I just recently had s_x I want to make sure that I'm not pregnant since I most likely won't get my period this month. How long should I wait to take a pregnancy test, since I can't wait till I miss it? I'd really appericate a response!! Thanks!

You should wait at least 10 days to test from the day you had s_x, but would be even better to wait 14 days. Good luck!

To Kay.....I would say to wait after 19 days after you had unprotected s_x...That's what is says in the HPT instructions....It takes several days for your fertilized egg to attach itself on your uterus wall. Testing too early could give you the wrong information....G/L and keep us posted :)
