Negative Pregnancy Test Miscarriage

My wife recently became pregnant after years of trying. Both home test and blood test from doctor came back positive six weeks ago. Yesterday, she had a very bad cramp that lasted a a couple minutes. No bleeding or any other negative signs since, but she took another home pregnancy test and the positive line came back very very faint, almost invisible. She has been drinking lots of water, so I dont know if this has something to do with the test results. Should we be worried about miscarriage?

kevin! try testing with first urine of the day. if not then.. ask her to test with urine which has been in the bladder for 4-6 hours.. without drinking water

I don't think that you have anything to worry about unless she starts bleeding. From what I know about pregnancy test drinking alot of water can dilute your urine which can cause a very faint line. As long as there is a fant line then you are safe. Also, cramps are often normal in pregnancy due to the growth of the uterus. I wish you both luck!
