I was wondering what the chances or the odds are of getting a false positive on an hpt? I tested positive a few days ago, and I retested again the next two days after that and they were both negative. The first two tests were First Response, the last one was Equate brand. Anybody know the answer to this one?

Because, like a lolt of equate products, they are cheap and unreliable, some times out of date.
I always trust EPT, even though it may be a bit more costly it is worth it.

First response is a lot more sensitive than equate. You probably are pregnant. I bet if you wait a couple more days , the equate will be pos. too!
