Possible Eptopic Pregnancy

My period is very regular, every 26/27 days. It is now day 32 no period. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests, all result in being negative. I was looking on the net, reading info on eptopci pregnancies. I realized that a symptom was shoulder pain, which I experienced last week. If I had an eptopic pregnancy would it show up + at this time???
