Pregnancy Or Diabetes Anemia

Hi! I'm currently 3 weeks late. I took a pregnancy test after being 3 days late and it came out negative, and then today I took another one at the doctor which came out negative, and a blood test which also proved to be negative. After talking with my gynocologist, he had me take a blood test for a few things ranging from diabetes to anemia. I think that as soon as you all suspet to be pregnancy it is essential to see a doctor, even if its at your local free clinic. The earliest detection is the best.
