Pregnancy Test Shows Positive

Can pregnancy tests be wrong?
We did not plan for a baby and my girl friend is late on her period, she took the test twice and both times showed positive, I feel happy for her as she is over the moon but i cant say i feel the same, i feel distant and i dont know what to do my head feels like it is going to burst, does anyone know of anyone i can see thanks!

Even no one could help with my previous question i just thought i would write back and tell u my girlfriend had her first scan and now i am over the moon, i think it was the initial shock that made me feel distint.
Also my friend who is alot older than me, has been trying for a baby with his girlfriend for years but she has womens problems so i count my self very lucky that i dont have to go through what him and his girlfriend are going through and hope them and anyone the best of luck!!!!!!!

Congratulations!!! And no worries, finding out you're pregnant, or your wife is, is traumatic on both ends! Even extremely good things can be pretty shocking! Good luck and best wishes :)
