i took a pregnancy test earlier and the line was very very faint, where i could barley see it but i could still see it..am i not pregnant or should i wait till tommarow morning and take another one?

A line, no matter how faint, is positive. hCG (pregnancy hormone) should double every 48-72 hours so it would be best to retest in 2-3 days, with a first morning urine. When I got a positive result, I called my doctor and scheduled a blood test for confirmation the next day. I recommend doing so and starting a prenatal vitamin immediately. The first 6 weeks of pregnancy are the crucial weeks for making sure that you are getting the folic acid you need to prevent a nueral tube defect. The neural tube closes, and is completely formed by the end of the 6th week so it will be too late to prevent NTD's after that point. Best wishes!!
