My husband & I tried to get pregnant on 8/31. My last period was on 8/4. On 9/1 I had a coposcopy done. I was due to get my period on 9/1. 3 days after the procedure, I thought I got my period because I was bleeding but it last for only 1 day. Then I spotted for 3 days and it was gone. I didn't have any cramps and I usually get my period for at least 5 days. I have a child now but I gave birth 6 years ago & really don't remember what the symptoms were. I've taken 2 HPT's and 2 urine tests at the doctor and they were all negative. Is there a possibility that the tests were too early to detect the horomone? Can I still be pregnant? Also how soon after conceiving would a blood test show that you are pregnant?
