Wierd Pain And Positive HPT

I took 4 different HPT's (2 EPT's and 2 First Response tests) this weekend, and all came back positive. I am 3-4 days late, have no bleeding/spotting, and have a weird dull aching pain in my right lower abdomen and in my low back. I am supposed to go the doctor tomorrow evening, but am worried to death of having an eptopic pregnancy. Has anyone had what I have described and if so, would you share what happened to you? I am imagining worst case scenarios here. Thanks!

I wouldn't worry...I pregnant with my first child and I had weird pains at first. All my friends were saying it is your body expanding.
