I read somewhere that it is possible to be too pregnant to give a positive either because your hcg levels are too high or because there is a drop in hcg at the second trimester. Is this true and has anybody experienced this before. I would like to know how common it is

ur HCG levels start to drop when u are around 3 to 4months pregnant, but by dat time a doctor could detect pregnancy by feeling ur belly or preforming an ultra scan

I had a urine test and physical examination and I'm 2 months and 3 weeks delayed. I took a hpt test when i was 2 weeks overdue and it was negative. I'm taking testing pills that will make my period come next week. I havent got my period by dec 22, i'll be going to my doctor. I just hope everyone who has this same problem find comfort that you are not alone. I'll post the result of my waiting next week. Good luck to all!
