All The Symptoms But A Negative Result

I have have had a majority of the most common preg symptoms( one day of extreme fatigue, cramps on the right side, and all through the month, tiredness ect, ) I now just started to bleed a little. I have not been normal all month , could it be possible that I could be pregnant? help!!!
