I’m about 4 days late for my period and my Brest are sore to the touch, I have been sleeping more lately, and some time I feel like I’m going to be sick... I took a home pregnancy test when I was a day late I got 2 blue lines one which was dark and the other was faint... Does this mean that I’m pregnant?

It's very likely. Two lines, even if one is very faint, means you are probably pregnant.
