I have heard that taking antidepressants can give you a false negetive on hpt's.Has anyone heard of this or experienced it?

I was actually wondering the opposite, I done a preg test this morning after being about 3 days late and I have a very very faint positive line, I wondered if the antidepressants Im on would have affected the result?

Did she say why?

Hello I decided to try a digital test, (was fed up squinting in the right light to see the faint line and .... Im pregnant! Maybe anti depressents does make the line appear lighter (either that or Im very early stages)
