Hi again... well I called my doctor's office to ask for an ultrasound. But they said that since I had taken a blood test not that long ago and it was negative, the only thing they can do for me is let me take another blood test! I know that they probably get calls like mine frequently, but what about those of us who really may be pregnant! I guess I'll take another test in a month and watch to see if my stomach gets bigger!

.. I found out a couple weeks ago that I am 7 weeks along.. but I have had several people ask me when i am due becuase my belly is so big.. I know I am not supposed to be showing so early..I have been told that It's just because Im eating so much.. but I think I may be farther along than my doctor thinks.. I had my last period in September.. I also took an hpt in October that came out negative.. is it possible that i may be farther along??

Gina Congrats to you. Fianlly someone who did acutally turn out pregnant. I am so happy for you. I am very big also but so far all test say negative, but people are asking me when i am due too. Hope your right and you are farther along then 7 weeks, I look like i am about 4 or 5 months. best wishes to you

... I am really confused. The doctor just seems to ignore me. I keep feeling pregnant but keep taking tests and they are negative. Last period I had was about 2 weeks ago if you could call it that. There was nothing there. With my first child I tested 3 days before I was due my period and was positive. I have all the signs of being pregnant. Is it all in my mind? Surely I would of had a possitive result by now! Please help.

my dr went as far as telling me that 18 positive tests were just wrong, i dont know what their complexes are with us being p/g. Aggravating.

Hi everyone, i havent been here in a while, but its somewhat comforting and encouraging to find there are many other women out there sharing very similar situations. Gia, i agree with you 100%, Dr's can leave us feeling foolish at times and in some cases, we were right all along. Last time i posted, i was experiencing some symptoms, took 1 hpt which came out neg. then had a very scant period lasting only 4 days. It is now cd15 and probably 3dpo ( i have a long cycle and od's can be anywhere from day 12 - 16. Yesterday afternoon, I experienced mild cramping and pressure in my uterus, low back discomfort and annoying diziness until i finally fell asleep. This afternoon I was hit with a bout of fatigue out of no where accompanied by nausea and irritability...i am not expecting AF for another 3 weeks yet!Lately, i have been able to find some comfort in my belief that God is in control of my life, He cares for me and wants me to cast all my cares upon Him. Better than anyone else, He knows the desires of my heart and i believe it's going to happen at the right time. Till then, ladies...just keep taking good care of your bodies whether you're sure you're pg or not, keep seeing your Dr's as well. *says a prayer for all ttc and b__ws babydust all about the room*

The problem is drs wont confirm anything until they have "proof". They will perform all the neccessary tests like urine,blood and in some cases an u/s but sometimes these methods can be wrong. Cmon this is the year 2005 anything can bear errors. Nothing is %100. In alot of cases if we feel it then sometimes we are, if drs knew everything and were never wrong and didnt make mistakes, it wouldnt be called "practicing" medicine and they wouldnt have to attend meetings to further their knowledge.

Gina, congratulations. I am waiting for a call back from a nuse/friend as to what I should do. Hopefully, I will get some answers. Maybe an ultrasound!.

Has anyone on here been ovulating while thinking they are pregnant? last night i noticed that egg white discharge and then i got a sharp pain in my left side, i was just curious if anyone else has had this happened to them. I know you don't have periods unless you ovulate so i was just wondering. thanks,

I am so glad to have found this site. My tests keep coming up neg or with a faint line too. My last 3 mp was only 2.5 days, I normally have at least 5 days. I had blood test in Sept. was neg, have had HPT and drs offices and even went to emergency room. It seems that if the urine test is neg and your not in any pain higher than 8 they will not go further with a blood test or ultrasound. The ER Dr. flat out said that he felt that 99% that I was not pregnant. Even after a exam, he said he felt a sac on the left side and told me to followup with gyn. I was having alittle cramping. I was prescribed motrin and some pain killer that is really strong. I feel pregnant, I'm having cravings, now starting to have bad taste in mouth, not even going to mention the swollen abd and when i look at my stomach, it looks like a oval egg shape, with the smaller part under my b___st. My fiance has symptoms too, wanting to sleep like crazy, cooking and eating full breakfasts at 2am - Plus I even get really hungry between 12am-3am. What is really going on. My apt is not until next Monday. I'm thinking about going back to ER.Thanks for listening

Well, I went to another doctors office today. They did a urine test which was negative and sent me for tons of blood work. She also set up an ultrasound for Tuesday. I am glad I went, I feel like I am getting somewhere.

Breightmoon i feel the same way. I went to another dr. today and another urine pregnancy test with a negative result. Going for u/s on monday to see what is going on. They don't think i am pregnant they are checking my ovary. She also mentioned something about it being in my GI tract, so personlly i think an feel PG but according the the doctors I am not. trust your body. good luck eveyrone

I have another issue. It might be off topic, but I need to talk this out. I'm interviewing for jobs right now and I don't know if I should mention it? I don't think in anyway it will keep them from hiring me. I just don't want to accept the positions and a couple of weeks later, I get confirmation that I'm pregnant and then say I'm 20+ weeks. Ok help. what to do. I know it could go another way and I might have to take time off to deal with what ever is growing inside me, which will be looked at alittle differently. I don't want them to feel like I knew and just did not tell them. Thanks for listening,

I'm so glad I found this forum here. I have been wondering the same things becuase I had my period about two weeks ago, but I'm having a whole lot of signs of pregnancy. I did a home pregnancy test and it came out negative. But I don't exactly trust them so I went to a clinic to have another urine test done and it came out negative as well. Everyone tells me that its nerves or I'm coming down with the flu or something. But I have never felt this way before, I actualy feel like I'm pregnant. In my oppinion there is no other way to explain it. Yet I feel so crazy for thinking so by the way everyone acts towards me when I talk about it. I plan to wait to see what comes of my next period which should be in about two weeks and if I am late I'll take another pregnancy test. I actualy hope I am pregnant so wish me luck. If I am pg I am either 3 weeks along or 5 weeks along. Don't know which one.

Hisamie, just to let you know, I had negative urine tests till I was 7 weeks pregnant with my son. And then I even had a negative blood with my daughter when docs said it should have been positive. I also only got a very faint line before i miscarried at about 7 weeks with another preg. So what I am saying is that the only tests I believe are u/s and they are not even 100%!!

Lisa, I would not tell a thing till you find out. But that is just me.
