Are First Respone Tests Right

i took a first response test 2 days after my missed period and another one 4 days after. both were neg. the test says u can take it up to 4 days BEFORE your missed period. i also took another one today it was the equate brand it was neg too. but im 5 days late and still no period. im usually on time. is the test right? will someone please tell me if they've had anything similar happen to them.??

I have had the same thing happen. Several months ago I tested about 4 times with a first response. All negitive and I wasn't pregnant. I just took one a couple of days ago and it came out positive. I have a doc appt. in a couple of days.
