Can You Be Pregnant With Negative Urine & Blood Tests?

My periods have been irregular since I started having them. They skip anywhere from 6 months to a year but I always have one no matter what between the end of November to the beginning of February. Never once has it skipped during that time period. My boyfriend and I are not actively trying to concieve but did not use any form of protection due to the fact that I almost never have my period. I was diagnosed with PCOS three years ago. I had very light pink spotting the last week of december and some light cramping but it was nothing like a period. The spotting would have gone unnoticed if it were not for the fact that I thought I was starting my period due to the cramps. Not too long after that I began having symptoms such as bloating, nausea and throwing up, fatigue, dizziness, migraines, my breasts enlarged to the point my bra no longer fits and are tender, very dark blue veins vissible on my breats, enlarged montgomery glands, my nipples are darker, new stretch marks, weight gain. And three days ago I started feeling flutters in my stomach. It startled me so badly when it happened that I did not know what to think. The first hpt I took was on Jan. 1. I have taken anywhere between 15-20 spread out since then. Two days ago I went and got a urine and blood test done at my doctors office. Both came back negative and my doctors do not want to listen to my symptoms as both of the tests were negative so they completely dismissed the possibility of me beinig pregnant. I also had them test my hormone levels again while I was there. My hormone levels have always been out of whack and when I got the results back I was amazed because for once in the past 4 years my hormone levels are normal right now. Im trying to get an appoitment with my Gynaecologist to get a pelvic exam and ultrasound done. I just feel pregnant. Assuming I am I would be around 12-14 weeks right now given the time frame I believe I would have concieved. My boyfriends mom is thuroughly convinced im pregnant because of the ways she has seen my body change over the past few months and so is her husband. So I guess what I am trying to ask is there a possibility I could be pregnant even though all of the tests have come back negative?
