I recently had this problem, its how I found this page. My test said not pregnant...stick showed 2 lines. I had bloodwork done yesterday and found out I'm 3wks 2 days along with an hcg level of 20. I looked at the unipath website and at the technical information and this is the only thing I can come up with. This test triggers a positive when HCG is 50. That second line is a result window and if there are 2 lines,,,,there are 2 lines and your pregnant. I took one of those clearblue easy tests. if u read the instructions, it says there can be 2 blue lines whether its + or -. I took it and it came out +, then i took an EPT test and it came out + too...they are very accurate. if u're pregnant, it will say u're pregnant.

this test says to ignore the lines on the strip, i took the test and when i ejected it, there was only one blue line

I just went to www.peeonastick.com where it explains that the digital test tests not only hCG but LH as well so that is why there may be 2 lines. It looks like a good website and it explains in more detail, but that is the just.

I just took a CBE digital this mornign which showed "pregnant." I tried again in this afternoon and it showed "see leaflet." I tried with a third test about 2 hours later and it read "not pregnant." My cycle is not regular, so it is hard to tell when it is to begin...any ideas?

i dont actually have a reply for you but my friend gave me a pregnancy test and it had a small round screen and a larger square screen. in both screens there were dark blue lines, what does that mean???? she didnt give me the box she just brought me the test

Breann 2 lines means your pregnant!

I did alittle research and come to find out that the two lines you see are because the test also checks for the lutenizing hormone we almost always have in our body(women) as well as HCG. so when you see those two lines it doesn't necessarily mean you are pregnant

I took the test and it came out not pregnant but when I pulled the stick out it had two lines. I was extremely excited because I have always heard if you see two lines, faint or not, then you can a__sume you are pregnant. I waited a few more days and took the test again, the same thing happened. I called my doctor to confirm and got a negative result with their pregnacy test. The doctor decided to give me a blood test so now I have to wait for two days for the results-which seems like forever! I decided to get my mom to try the product just to see what results she got. I knew that she was 100% not pregnant due to a hysterectomy. The test came out not pregnant, obviously, but guess what-she had two blue lines when she removed the stick. So now I am aware that the two lines don't mean anything. I want other people to be informed of my experience so they don't get their hopes up like I did. Wish me luck on the blood test and if it was meant to be then it will. I will post my update. Good luck to everyone!

This same thing happened to me. I am 3 days late and it said not pregnant and yet the stick had 2 lines. I swear I have all the symptoms I did when I was pregnant with my son.

I thought I had all the symptoms too! It turned out to be just bad PMS and my blood work came out negative. I guess we will just have to try again!
