to cut a long story short i have done 10 pregnancy tests one of which was done by my doctor and all were positive BUT i dont feel any different. other than swollen and tender br___ts and slight tiredness i really do not feel pregnant, is this normal and if so when will i start to actually notice that i am pregnant? i am now almost 9 weeks

yes u are pregnant, it is normal not to feel different yet, but u do have pregnancy signs such as ur tirdness, and swollen tender b___sts...so congratulations ;o)
