I was on the depo shot for six years! I got married in june, Bought my house in september, stopped my needle in nonvember, (nov 6ish) Ovulated two weeks later, and I'm pregnant! It is possible.

To all of the twin moms out there??? Since I have been on the depo for more than six years, stopped in nov, now it is the end of march and I am 17 weeks preg. I have had a luckey pregnancy, no sickness, but very emotional, the girls are heavy and soar, and I could sleep forever. I have a home doppler, and lastnight I was playing with it and heard two diffrent heartbeats at the same time one ntoiceabley faster than the other, along with mine in the backround. How will I know if I am having twins or not? Would I know forsure by now, just by my body? too early to tell? Please help!!

i had my 1st shot of depo just last month (feb) and since then - ive been getting discharges of blood - is this normal? it's starting to freak me out - and i havent had the chance to see the doctor yet - is there anyone out there - who can explain what's happening to me - ill be waiting for ur response and thank you in advanced.

I havent yet. My last shot was june 04 and still not preg, Doc have had me on lots of meds to get me to start still nothing. I still take the test because I still fell pregnant. I have been told that it might take a year to get there still I dont give up and I hope you wont give up...

I took the shot twice and had no period for 6month. Then sopped taking shot and my period came back in 2month. Before I took the shot I had 28days circle, after Depo it became 24-26...(shorter....). Depo worked but I was always down and unhappy....Having no period made me strenge feeling...I would never take it again.

I too have recently stopped depo after 8 years. I loved Depo and had no side effects. I would feel a little dizzy or fatigue from time to time when it was close to the time that my shot was due. It was never anything to complain about. I dont know what to expect without Depo because I'm soo use to it. What I do know that my b___st are swollen, tender, and hurts like HELL! I am always hungry and tired. I'm not pregnant. I have no cramps or bleeding yet. I also know that pregnancy symptoms are side effects of Depo.

Hi, my name is airaka.. i was on the shot for 2 years.. and just recently got off it.. i have been trying to have a baby for almost a year now and it still hasnt happened =( it upsets me because i think i cant have kids and me and my husband are wanting kids i mean will i be able to get pregnant. I have taken test after test after test and it says neg and i get really depressed because they say that.. can somebody please tell me if i can get pregnant.. and how long it might take =( thankz

My Depo Provera Story. Started Depo after birth of 3rd pregnancy(all healthy full term babies) 1997. Last injection was in January 2004. Due for injection April 2004 and did not get it. 41 days and I started my period... after 7 years on Depo with no period! Then 42 days another period, 28 days period, 34 days period Tested positive in October 2004. Had all pregnancy symptoms, but didn't have that "motherly instinct". I knew something was not right. In November 2004 I was diagnosed with a "blighted ovum" Husband and I decided not to have any more kids. (He got a vasectomy in December). Mid Dec.2004 I miscarried blighted ovum (placenta/sac No baby) 48days and a period again. 31 days period. Now I am at 42 days testing negative. With a vasectomy it can take several months for sperm to get out of a mans system. Who guesses that I will end up pregnant? or just late because of depo??? I am just waiting for Aunt flow to stop by for a visit ;0

help me to understand i been off of depo for about 5months i been trying to have a baby now every since i been off it i haven had a 7 day period it just been spotting ido get sore b___st all the sign of pregnancy so what should i do

I got pregnant one month after I stopped depo and now I have a beautiful baby boy!! And yes all my home pregnancy test were negative. My doctor sent me in to have blood test and they came out possitive.

Yes, I was on Depo Provera for about 10 years and I did get pregnant. But be patient, they say it can take 18 months which how long it took for me. I get irregular spotty periods after a few months but nothing regular until about 15-18 months.

Hi, when I was on the depo it took me a year to get my period. I was taking pregnancy test to be on the safe side and they all were negative. You need to go to your doctor because they put me on hormone medication to get my period and pressed down on my uterus to try to bring my period down. But, if you know you have been having unprotect s_x since then you need to talk to a doctor because you could and could not be pregnant.

My doctor told me that I would never have children becasue of irregular periods. but after my first time taking depo I became pregnant with my daughter who is now 6 years old. I did gain 20 pounds and was on for 6 months straight. Now my husband and I want to have another baby next year, so i am going back on depo for the second time

I HAVE BEEN ON DEPO PROVERA FOR 1 YEAR 2MON. IRECENTLY HAD TO TAKE AN ANTIBIOTIC AND NOW AFTER I FINISHED MY PERSCRIPTION, I'VE BEEN FEELING NAUSEAS AND HAVING REALLY WEIRD FEELINGS.. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME CAN I BE PREGNANT?

i have started on the shot but i am having some pregnancy symptoms . tenderness of the b___st and such . ik have also had some cramps , is this just a side effect of the shot or could i be pregnant.
