Light Period And Negative Hpts Whats Going On

lately ive been experiencing sinus issues, discharge, hot flashs, elevated temps, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, am INCREDIBLY overly emotional, crampy abdomen, backaches, extreme hunger, i feel like ive done 5000 situps in my abdomen area, but- i have had my period buts its VERY light- i was put on Birth control bc my periods were so long/heavy and uncomfortable- and i have taken 3 hpts and all have been negative--- does any one know what may be going on w me???
