Missed2 Periods Negative Pregnancy Test No Obvious Symptoms

is it possible to be pregnant and not know? or should i assume that there is something else wrong why i haven't had a period in 2 months and why else would i miss a period. i am not on any birth control and very worried that this maybe serious.

Gianna, I also missed two periods with all neg. HPTs. I went to my doc and she put me on progesterine to force me to get a period. She said that it happens for a variety of reasons: stress, hormone inbalance, maybe a thyroid imbalance, or yes maybe pregnancy. I'd see your doc and they can help you detm why you haven't gotten a period. I wouldn't worry too much about it being "serious". Good luck and keep me posted!

Hey. Well i have to comment on Angies response. I would not suggest you get on that pill!! for many reasons!! Yes u might get back negative tests but u she and u might still be pregnant and by taking the pill it can destroy your pregnancy. My gyno was about to put me on that but i refused!!! Some doctors just go by the test results, and im looking for a new one as we speak, because my doctor wont take me seriously, my last period was a month and 3 weeks ago!
