came back negative, apparently if nothing changes I'm to go back to do another test in two weeks.. gah I hate waiting!

My situation is strange & I really need some feedback. I'm 38 with two teenage boys. My tubes were tied but not burned 14 years ago. I had a ectopic pregnancy 3-1/2 years ago (resolved itself). I take Estrogen and Progesterone for unknown drop in hormone levels. Have not had period since March. I have all the signs of pregnancy (my endocrinologist even asked if I was preg.)lower back pain, growing abdomen(only gained 3lbs.) enlarged b___st, swelling in hands and feet, nausea off and on, and movements in lower lower abdomen(visual and sensory). 3 home-preg test negative. I had 4 neg preg-test (1 by OBGYN)with my 14 year son. I'm afraid I may have a another ectopic preg. What could this be...I feel like I am losing my mind. Having a hard time finding a gyno who will take me seriously and actually recognize that ectopics do happen after tubal-ligation. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this happening?

I am looking for some help. My husband and I had s_x on two days that I was ovulating, July 24 & 25. I was due for my period again on 8-13-10. I had been feeling strange, very sleepy, upset stomach, heart burn, going to the restroom often. So I took a HPT, 4 of them, all 4 were positive. I was very excited. Later in the day I started bleeding. I called my OBGYN and they said go to the ER, so I did. They did a blood test and said it was negative and I am just having my period, 8 days early. I am wondering why I would have 4 positive home tests, and a negative blood. Anyone else ever had this happen? What wad the outcome?? Thanks to all!! :)

Ok so here is the broken record once again, my husband and I have been TTC for 1.5 years now. I have had two m/c in the past. My last menstrual cycle was mid june 2010. I've been putting it off all of July b/c I have recently lost my job and I thought the stress of that is delaying my period. Well, I took a hpt last Thursday and it was positive. Took another one on Friday and negative. :( Now that it's monday, I went to the free clinic and they sent me to the hospital to get a BPT. That came back negative. :( When my husband and I went to the free clinic this morning, the doctor was poking and prying at my abdominal area(which hurt like hell!) and said my uterus was enlarged. He predicted I was further along than we thought. But now with a negative HPT and a negative I'm so confused. I'm anemic also so being tired is nothing new but I've been more tired than usual, I can't seem to keep anything down,I have more gas than normal also(more burping and well you know!), I'm having crazy acid reflex, my stomach has been very upset, and I've been having a lot of cramps although no period. I'm not sure what to do any more. My husband and I were thinking we're about 3 wks along if we are prego. Please help me :( ps I don't have insurance so getting in to see a doctor is next to impossible for me :(

And more broken record.... My period is 10days late, have been off the pill since Dec and getting period every 28days. My partner has been back in Aus for just over a month and we have been trying to have a baby.(this will be my 6th). Anyway i have all the symptoms, cramps, frequent toilet stops,nausea, metalic taste, sleeping 10hrs a night after an afternoon nap, back ache, swollen b___sts (had to buy new bras yesterday as i've gone up 1-2 cup sizes overnight). My stomach is swollen....everything but the 2 pink lines...also had a blood test yesterday which was negative. My 1st child (boy) didnt show up till eight weeks after numerous neg urine and 2 neg blood tests. My 2nd (boy) showed at six weeks after neg urine and 1 neg blood test. Then 3 girls which showed up straight away. This is driving me crazy not knowing!!! And feeling like my body is trying to tell my mind something it doesnt know. It would be good to hear how some of these stories have turned out. I will keep you posted on mine.

My period is 2 weeks late. The first day of my last period was July 1/10 ad it's now august 11/10. I have taken 2 home pregnancy tests(first responce) a urine test at the doctors office and a blood test and all 4 have come back negative. A week after my missed period I had a tiny bit of pink when I took my first pee in the morning on the tissue, but that was all. The next day I had blood with my first pee but again that was all for the day. On Saturday (a week and 2 days after my missed period) I had brown discharge, not something I usually get, and it was only there when I wiped. I have felt sick on and of throughout the day for the past 2 weeks but I have not vomited. My b___sts are more tender then normal and my lower back has been sore the last few days. I'm not peeing anymore then normal though. And I have been getting incredible heart burn. Anyone else experience anything like this? We have been trying for a year so it would be a blessing to be pregnant. Thanks Help! Someone.

Update...13days over now and another neg urine test...feeling more and more pregnant everyday....so over this!!! ugh!!!

Ok ladies I need some help. I have had 2 positive HPT at 2 different times. Went to the docotrs at 6 weeks PG for blood work for them to tell me that my blood work is negative. They told me it could be an early miscarrage or too early to detect. I am going back for more blood work in a week. Has anyone ever had negative blood work but still been pregnant. I am now 7 weeks. I have all the signs. Morning sickness (wish it was just the morning) everytime I eat I get sick. My boons are sore, my belly very bloated and very tired. I find myself taking naps daily for the last week. Anyone have this happen?

hey ladies, i really need some help. my fiancee and i have been ttc for 6 months now. i've had a couple instances where i've "felt" pg. i took a few hpt's and i got a faint positive on a cheaper grade one. when i told my gp, she shrugged it off and said they weren't completely reliable, and so she tested me, and both her tests came up neg, so she ordered me for bloodwork, which also came up neg. she said it wasn't even substantial to come up positive. she had me take an ultrasound, pelvic and transv____al, and the results are in and im going to see them monday. im worried now because I noticed i'm gaining weight so i changed my diet in an attempt to lose some of the weight, avoiding carbs and calories, eating fresh foods and avoiding fast food, and yet im losing weight, my stomach has rounded out and firmed up. i'm also experiencing growth in my b___sts along with tenderness, ma__sive lower back pain, harsher than i'm used to experiencing (I have back problems from an accident) as well as mood swings, constant fatigue and weird food cravings. at this point i'm lost...I've got that gut feeling that i'm pregnant, its been about two weeks since my bloodwork, and my ultrasound was a week later, and if nothing comes up, im going to be worried...any advice? my AF wasn't regular until February when I was hospitalized with intense cramping (dr's thought it was an ectopic pregnancy, turned out to be a bad menstrual cycle.)but AF was regular from then until the end of august, when it stopped again. Had very light spotting that lasted 2 days, suspected implantation bleeding. anyhelp would be so appreciated!

I took 2 First Response HPT and both came back POSITIVE so I called my Dr and asked for a pregnancy test. The one I took at his office came back Negative. I went home and took 2 more HPT and both were POSITIVE again. I called back and told them I wanted a blood test. They sent me to a lab and within an hour I had the results which were Negative. I took yet another HPT and its still POSITIVE! My doctor told me its all in my head and doesnt believe me. I am late on my period and its not like its my first time down this road. I have that feeling and I just know that I am. What do I do now? Do I just wait it out a little longer or should I go in with my 5 positive HPT and request a v____al ultrasound? This is all so frustrating and I dont like that my Dr is not listening to me!

Hi all, So glad I found this thread. TTC for 3 months and now 14 days late. Various tests neg and bloods back from doctors today which also say neg but I'm never usually late and starting to wonder whats going on. Am definately more tired than usual, b___sts feel fuller but not sore and constant headaches and feel generally a bit sickly. No spotting but a few dull aches in the lower stomach. Really confused. Has anybody had positive result after a neg blood test? Is there still a chance I am preg?

Here is my story, i had unprotected s_x 5 times. I let him get off in me too. Everytime! I am 14 years old and i took 3 HPT i got - on all of them!? I went to the focter with my bf,without my parents and i took a test therr and it was still -? I dont feel like myself at all! I really do think im preg the onlt sypm i have though is my b___bs are tender my belly always feel weird and i have bad headaches and it feel likes its behind my eyes.i also spotted. Can i still be preg? Help please,i dont know what to do:(

Hi, was wondering if any1 could help/ is in a similar position... I last had a period 23rd November. On the 12th of December I think I had what seemed to be implantation bleeding? Since then I have had constant need to urinate everyday practically, bad migraines, stomach pains, bad skin, weight gain, tired all the time, 2 negative HPT's & 1 negative blood test, could anybody help me please??

I know all of you are wondering what ever happened with any of the people who made these posts. Well, in my case, I'm still not exactly sure. I ended up having thyroiditis. It's a condition where your thyroid goes overactive, underactive, and then back to normal. It takes 6 months to a year for it to get back to normal. I started having what I thought were pregnancy symptoms in April 2009, but all the tests came back negative. Finally in June I talked to a nurse pract_tioner at a different office over the phone, and she ordered a thyroid blood test. It's amazing how so many things can mimick pregnancy symptoms. I know it's REALLY hard, but try not to get too consumed in the symptoms until you find out whats really going on. Good luck to all of you!

I have been have all the pregnancy symptoms for over a month now and all my test are coming back neg even the blood test the er doctor said that if you are pregnant it will always 100% show up in your blood so he told me there is no way im pregnant so in other words im crazy...i know my body and i know something is wrong i am far from being crazy i haven't had a period since march 24th 2011 it is now may 6th 2011 i have sore swollen b___st that bumps around the i have back pain stomach cramping headaches,constantly running to the bathroom to pee,im always nauseous in the morning and through out the day,im moody,blooded,now im have cold symptoms smh,i keep asking to get an ultrasound but with a neg blood test they won't give me one he said if its not showing up in my blood im not pregnant and that an ultrasound won't show him anything..i know something is going on in my stomach i feel it..i get alot of pressure and pulling pain in my lower adbomen,he also did all kinds of other test even checked me for any std's or blatter infections everything came back normal so what other reason would i be having these symptoms if im not pregnant?? my lil sister had neg pg test and had her period through her entire pregnancy she didn't find out she was pregnant until she went into labor i will never forget that she was at work and her water broke and she thought she had wet her self lol.. so the doctor is wrong you can be pregnant and get a neg pg test..i am just going to wait and see what happen's with in the next few weeks i don't want to go on as if im not pregnant and i end up hurt my baby..i was starting to think i was losing my mind so i tried to ignore my symptoms but i can't they are here and something keeps telling me that i am indeed pregnant..this is strange...
