Heather: I did a test this morning and still says negative. I wish i knew what was going on with my body. I'm so worried that my periods will always be irregular and i will find it hard to get pregnant. I hope not. Do you know how long it takes when you have come off the pill untill you should be regular?

I am 11 days late today, I had a beta test done and it ws negative. but this happened once before and i was pregnant, but my hormone levels were to low to show up. Good luck

Jennifer: What is a beta test? Is that a blood test? I am still waiting for my AF - very stressful. How long before your hormone levels showed anything up? PS. Boy or girl?

Jennifer: PS Did you feel pregnant? What symptoms did you have, or because of the low hormone levels did you not feel much different??

I'm pretty much in the same boat as everyone here. I'm about 7 1/2 weeks late on my period and very curious as to what the heck is going on with me. I was on the pill for 3 yrs. since I had my miscarriage.. I had gotten off the pill when I started my period on 7/17, which was my last. Now, I'm just curious if I could be pregnant or not. Before I have gotten on the pills, my period were at that time, irregular. Though, I went through 5 preg. tests so far, which all came out negative, I'm beginning to give up of thinking I am pregnant and go back to my regular routine of being normal. I did go to the doctor's, did a blood test, and that also came out negative. But what's weird is that I've been feeling really different in my stomach area.. as if I'm always bloated. I do have a slight tenderness in b___b area too. Go figure. Just two days ago, I took an another preg. test, and that came out negative. Maybe if I don't get my period by the end of Sept., I'll go back to the doctor's to have an ultrasound or something. Any ideas, answers, please help! Curious girl here wants to know!

I am in the same boat as you. I am 16 days late and took 3 at home tests - all were negative and week to the doctor and had a urine test and it too was negative. On Monday, I will go back again to have another urine test and blood test. I am hoping that a positive result shows up soon. I am very nervous about all of this because I have miscarried twice. I have all of the other symptoms of pregnancy, swelled b___sts, VERY tired, no period, etc. If this is any help, I do know people who did not show positive on a urine test and had to have a blood test done to show that they were in fact pregnant. I too need advise about my situation as it does not make any sense to me.

Well, here I am 3 days later on this. Still feeling different of course. My stomach area still feels like I am pregnant. But the home preg. tests are telling me that it's still negative. I'm really anxious to know what's really going on. I have not started my period yet. Plus, I think it's discharge that I'm getting here and there too. Maybe that's a sign of something? It's now 53 days past without having a period. You would think by now, I should have my period! I really want to become pregnant. Oh, and I am taking prenatal pills too, just to help prep my body for pregnancy since I so badly want this to happen! Hopefully, I am with all this long wait of not having a period. Ususally, I am good with getting a period each month. But who knows now. I will definitely go back to the doctor's by the end of the month if no sign of a period has shown. This time, I may request for an ultrasound and another blood test just to double check myself again. You just never know what to expect these days.

I'm a week late also. I have never been this late before. I have taken a test and it came out negative..I have gained 4 pounds in like 3 days, I sometimes feel sick, I feel fat, and I find myself going to the bathroom to pee way more than I used to. I dont't know if I am or not..

Well 1st of all are you stressed? Late periods can be down to stress. If not wait 3 more days and test again, if its still negative, go to your doctor and get a blood test and that wil show you if there is pregnancy hormone in ur body! Hope this helps!

I am also in the same boat tomorrow will be a week and i took a accu clear this morning and it was neg but possibly a very very faint possitive. i swear i saw it! this is driving me crazy too. ive never been late and im not stressed. i dont get it. any other signs anyone?? my b___sts just started getting sore today when they should of gotten sore at least two weeks ago. and im pretty sure i had implantation bleeding. (light spotting in heavy cm from the 25-28th) anyone else with poss implantation bleeding??

i have the same problem my lmp was july 21 and till now i dont have my period and i tested 5 x neg

Maria- My LMP was also July 21st...I have had like 8 neg's...I am going to the doc. on Friday for blood work to make sure I don't have a thyroid issue, or that i'm not pregnant...or am =)

I'm almost two weeks late. I'm very tired, very puky feeling, sore b___sts, headaces and have taken 5 tests and they've come out neg. I'm praying that I'm pregnant! but all the negs. I just dunno...

I was like all of you. I was 12 days late, never been late in my life...except for 3 days late right before my wedding. haha! Anyway, this time I was feeling very sick, so nauseous at night that I was almost in tears. I had tender b___sts, headaches, frequent trips to the bathroom...I was even taking naps during the middle of the day, and I HATE NAPS! I took 4 pregnancy tests all coming out negative but I was almost convinced I was pregnant. I was thinking, "I have no stress...so this must be what it feels like to be pregnant!" I was having very different backaches and cramping and decided to call the doctor and make an appointment. I made the appointment on Friday for Monday morning. Well...about 3 HOURS before my appointment, a sharp pain in my abdomen woke me up and I ran to the bathroom...only to find out that I had indeed started my period. I still went to my doctor...no signs of what could have been a pregnancy, of course. So ladies, I hate to have to say this, but don't a__sume pregnancy if the tests are negative after a week of waiting...chances are, you're body is just rescheduling itself. I know...it's quite a disappointment. Don't give up and good luck to all! I wish happy and healthy babies to all in the near future!

I FORGOT! Ladies...PLEASE stop waiting so long to see your doctors after discovering that you're late. Even though the tests are negative, this could be a SERIOUS PROBLEM! Just go and make sure everything is fine...you could be making a costly mistake that could affect your body or maybe even the life of your baby or future babies. DON'T WAIT SO LONG!

I don't know what to think of pregnancy tests. I am 3 months late. I am losing sleep, I talked to a woman who worked in ob-gyn for 16 years, she said I would know if something is wrong...but I am scared. I have never missed a period before. I have taken a home pregnancy test every missed month, but neg. I wish you all the best of luck.
