Thanks ashley 1990 i rechecked my dates and i am actually only 10 days late today so i did get my dates wrong bad estimate i did do a test on sat was neg am going to buy another tomorrow will let everyone know soon give me some baby dust please

WelI am about a week late for my period, . I was due for it on the 7th, that day I experienced spotting which I thought was my period but it stopped . I've also had mild cramping. Today I took a Home Pregnancy Test and it was negative. The past few months my period has been a little early...never late. Should I just wait it out and see if it comes,?... Anyone have ideas of what it could be?

hello elizabeth 2 i am so glad i am not the only one in this situation who is finding there partner more s_xually attractive thought i had been possesed i am 11 days late today am going to do another test today am dying for a wee but am trying to hold on to make it stronger good luck

elizabeth2:: did u no tha a runny nose was a sign or pregnancy? ye coz tha body produces more fluid when your preg :D

Oh ok! No i didn't realize that runny nose is a sign. Yeah another girl had told me it happened to her but i wasn't sure. Well, I bought another pack of tests and I'm going to take one in the morning so i will let everyone know. It's just really frustrating I'm like everyone else that if I'm not pregnant then period please come! And my boyfriend is so confused to after seeing the one test read pregnant and then another read neg. So anyway, if this one comes back neg. and I don't get my period next week then I would have skipped two so I'm definetey going to call the doctor back and tell him I would like an ultra sound or something because missing two I would like to know whats going on.

ok guys, so I couldn't wait. I took one of the tests now and it came up a faint line after a few minutes it was over 2 minutes though so i dunno. I'm going to take the other in the morning to see if it is darker or shows up faster. is it possible to get a evaporation line that soon?

Congrats elizabeth 2 i have always been lead to believe that even a faint line means a possitive i took my test today and came out negative so im going to go to the doctor tomorrow i just want to see AF now i never liked roller coasters and now i am worried why am i late :-(

elizabeth2:::::::: even the faintest of lines are reliable because this just means that you have a low amount of the hormone that your testing for. in the morning it may well be darker because the first pee of the day is the most strongest and the most concentrated. oh and dont worry about it showing up after 2 mins, they say tha u shud ignore any result tha shows after 10 mins so 2 mins is quite normal actually. the lower the hormone level the slower it will take but its nothing to worry about. i would start thinking baby names if i were you :D:D:D:D

oh well what a waste of time i went to my doctor today she ran a test came back negative charged me £4 for the pleasure wasnt very helpful said im not preg i said to her well why havnt i started then she said stress i said i havnt been stressed but hey that was it if i dont come on when im due (when am i due i dont know now) to go back and they will run tests im fed up keep your fingers crossed that AF comes soon i just want an end to this i would of been happy with either result either pregnant or AF just one

kelly:::::blood tests arnt always correct either. perhaps you have just got a very low level of the hormone that they r testing for. somwhere on this rather huge list of comments i read a comment when i was having my scare sayin that one women did 8 home preg tests, all negative and it was onli onli her 4th blood test done by docs tha they realized she was 6 weeks preg. there and again ur might jus b late 4 no apparent reason like i was i had symptoms from immplantion bleeding to cramping, from nausea to painful b___sts buh then i c_m on. i did 5 home preg tests all negative. i arranged to go 2 tha docs a day afta tha i came on. im stil really confused wefa i miscarryin or not coz my 'so called period' isnt normal, one min im heavy tha next is nothing at all and ive been on 4 way longer than normal. so u might jus come on and nothing wil be able 2 explain it, tha waiting game os the most frustrating part

well, sad news i took the digital one in the morning and it said not pregnant. so i called my doctor back today and i have an appointment for monday morning to get an exam and set up for a sonogram. hopefully i will know something because my next period is due next week. I am sooooo late and would like to know why. the nurse said she didn't understand because if it was a cyst or something that i would very most likely be in pain. Anyway, i'm hoping the test is just not picking it up strangely i believe what other people have said on here about it taking a long time to show.

I am in the same position. The obviously signs of pregnancy but a negative test. I am two weeks late and I am confused as to whether this is actually pregnancy or not? I seems all we can do is play the waiting game.

hi, stumbled accross this site last night when looking for reasons for being late. im 11 days late. been ttc for 3yrs. i had a miscarriage 2.5 yrs ago at 11 weeks and another 6mnths ago at 6 wks. with both other preganciesi got poss result by 3 days late. i have been 6 days late before but this was when my body as getting back to normal. my cycle is normally 28 to 30 days so even taking longest im 9 days. its so hard not to get your hopes up. im not overwhelmed with other symptoms, just feel tired, no sore b___bs which i experienced last 2 times plus when period due sometimes. i have had headaches for last few days which is unusual. i went to docs and she diagnosed me with sinusitis and wants me to take antibiotics. i havent started them yet incase. im so torn between what i believe. i did tell doc i was week late by way. and had one neg test from day late. i also did one yest morn, neg again. im going to do another in the morin. if not i have a follow up appt at docs mon so if dont know either way will push to get it looked into. will keep you updated.

hi, did another test this morn. used a 10mIU test same as last test. NEGATIVE. ARGH! its just so frustrating. cant help thinking if you ovulate late then u can get a late result but surely itd work same with your period. but why are we all so late?

It is so great to know that I am not alone! I am 9 days late. I am typically 1-3 days late, but not normally this late. I am only 22 and feeling very along right now with my husband being over in Iraq. I want to be pregnant SO BAD. I have had 2 neg. pregnancy test, and of course would like to know one way or another before thanksgiving so I can let my family know. The waiting game SUCKS! I will keep everyone updated, and of course I want to hear updates :)

Well I took another test this morning and again negative...I am 10 days late now. I think I am going to call my doctor on Monday and set up and appointment for Tuesday. I will definetely keep everyond posted
