Ok the doc did like a 5 sec pelvic exam (i dont even know if he could tell anything for sure in that short a time) and urine test is still neg. Im wondering now if it is safe to go back on birth control since IM still not sure what is going on, and my period is still MIA.

My experience with the ER has left me jaded,yesterday morning i went to the ER and the doctor treated me like a liar. After a urine,and blood test coming negative i requested a ultrasound and he told me it wasnt needed. I was higly upset. I've never had back pain,and yesterday morning i was so intense i felt like i was struck in the back for about 20 minutes. A few weeks ago they thought i had a UTI,2 days later i went back due to headaches,then they tell me its not showing that i have a infection. SO in 2 days without Anti biotics it dissappeared? Makes no sense. Im still having headaches,gas,heartburn,and i get nauseaned threwout the day a few times. I dont have insurance,so getting a ultra sound is highly unlikely. I am a wee late now. I've done 3 hpts and all negative. My doctor tested my hormones and thyroid and they are all fine. I'm getting cramping off and on, fatigue, twinges and pinches in my cervix, strange fluttering pinchy feelings in my lower pelvic area . My nipples are sore. I'm waiting for my blood test results. Sometimes I just think i'm crazy... my husband had a vasectomy last year but never went back for his check up. asherah

Same boat. 39 days since my last period, and 2 negative tests. Not knowing is the most frustrating part. When I had my girls, I blinked and was pregnant. Is it because I'm getting older? 33 is hardly old!

Hi Kei I am interested to hear about you Thyroid being removed. I have an underactive thyroid and am stuggling to loose weight together with trying for a baby. If I have my thryoid removed will this help? I 2 am 8 days late 4ptests all neg!

i am going throug the same thing and i wnt to know is it true that u can have a blood test done and the result to be less than one and still be preg the last time i had my period was in march and still dont have a cycle yet i just got my blood test done on 5/4 wht should i do now

Amanda_Lynn - What have you found out? Anything? Your story is intriguing, and I'm anxious to hear what's the latest. As for me, my husband and I have been ttc for about 1 year. He has had 2 s____n a___lysis tests and we've found out that he's got a very low count w/low motility as well. The urologist figured we'd have less than a 10% chance of getting pregnant. All news turned negative, and wasn't what any woman ttc wants to hear. We weren't really stressing after the news, and ttc as normal. My period cycle is usually 29-32 days. I am now 6 days late. I had light bleeding twice a week ago, and today, I had some brownish blood. Still no AF.. symptoms: very sore nipples (i've never noticed this before), lethargy, constipation..just feel different. I've taken 3 home tests, all negative. My period is always on track...what's with the delay? We sooo badly want to have a baby! I'm so confused. This website has given me hope. Thank you to all of you who've shared your personal stories.

Hi every1 i am new to this forum - stumbled on it thanks to google!!! I have the same dilemma kind of. We have been trying for a baby for 8 years with nothing - after being sent to the fertility clinic it was found that my husband has low sperm count & motility. As i have kids from a previous relationship we can't get free IVF and we can't afford the treatment. We agreed that if it happened it happened and if not be thankful for what we have. My periods are usually on time give or take 2 days maximum, to date i am almost 2 weeks late and after doing 2 tests at home both of which are negative i am starting to wonder what is going on. I haven't even said anything to my husband as i don't want to give him false hope - its bad enough i am beginning to think i may be pregnant - but surely after 8 years it couldn't just suddenly happen???? I am going to leave it a few days - if i can - and try another test and if thats negative then i will go and see the doctor. I hope some of you have had results either way at least then you will know!! I look forward to coming back on here 2moro and see if any1 else has news to share. Leona x

Well, I have missed my period, it was supposed to come june 6th, but of course it's no where to be found. I have been really bloated, constipated, and tired recently, but I took two pregnancy tests today, and both came up negative. It is so frustrating, because I just want an answer. This would be my first child, if pregnant, and I want to start as early as possible to be as healthy as possible. I suppose i'll just have to wait it out another week, and test again. I am only in my early 20ies, and engaged to be married next May, so it is definitely not menopause. I guess we will see. Wish me luck.

Hi Romade - i wish you all the luck in the world hun - i hope you get the result you want - and if you are preganant i wish you good luck with the pregnancy and birth. I suppose i am 1 of the lucky 1s as i already have 4 beautiful boys!! I am 33 years old now and i started having children early ( 2 early) but i am thankful for the children i have - my oldest is 15yrs thn i have a 14 yr old. My 3rd son is soon going to be 12yrs an my youngest is 10yrs. I have also suffered miscarriages 1 of which was my 14yr old twin. I wish all of oyu good luck in getting pregnant especially those that have as yet not had children it is something that many people take for granted - they a__sume they can fall pregnant whenever they decide to start thier families but it is not always so plain sailing. Amanda-Lynn - Have you found anything out?? About me: I had my daughter in Sept of 2007. I took 2 tests with her, 1 neg and 1 positive. The fdp was Dec 19th, 2006 and I took the test on Jan 31, 2007 (evening). It was negative. I was having nausea and back pains from around Jan 25th. I took another test (morning) on Feb 1st and it was +. Now I can't even tell you if I am late or not. My last cycle was 83 days with no period, and no pregnancy. My doctor is weird, so I don't expect much from her. I am now on 42 days since my last period. I have noticed on some site's if your cycle is longer then the normal 28 days your period date can be weeks later then what you would think. I have taken 2 tests in the past 10 days and both -. Though like the other sites have said, if I am over 40 days (and not the typical 28) then I am only 3 days late for my AF. I will keep posting. I like to read up on how people are doing. I wish more would post. :)

I am a week late today and have done 5 at home preg tests and they are still coming up negative. I've just gone off the pill...well didn't start taking it again after my last period so i don't know if that has anything to do with it??? any help on that issue?? i did have symptoms for a week and now its gone... my nipples are sore and bloating but no period?????? any help on the issue would be great! xx
