Thanks so much I too was on depo I was due for it again 4 months ago but decided to get implanon after being a month late for depo only had to shots Im gonna double check with the dr because the nurse said that its been a while from the depo and i shouldnt have any side effects and that implanon leaves your system with in 48 hours..I personaly think its my hormones I have had 3 kids in the last six years and other than after birth bleeding and a month of bleeding on depo I havent had a period so I just think its a little strange.Been feeling nauseous,dizzy,extremely tired lower back pain headaches ect.. did u have these?thanks so much

Sorry you did mention these in your post...Im only a little worried because of what the nurse said and i was on depo when i was younger before kids and didnt have any side effects but I guess its different every time thanks again for the advice

Yeah I suppose it has been a while since your depo but I wouldn't worry your self to much, I think your right, and it may just be your hormones. Your body may just be have been getting back to normal from your previous depo injection then whilst its recovering you had the implanon and now none at all. Its all still worth getting a medical advice as thats what doctors are there for I guess!

ok so... me and my hubby are giving it till jan. to get prego than we are done trying and we are going to go and get artificially inseminated for 300$. we want a baby so bad, we are both capable of having one just for some reason we are not blessed yet to have one. stinks but hopefully we will be blessed before jan. cause i dont want to spend the money on this cross ur fingers

hi, my name is allyssa. so far i am one week late, tho tests are neg. i do have some symptoms. i am really tired, some foods make me sick (these foods i normally eat so its strange that it makes me sick). also its uncomfortable to lay on my stomach.. i dont know if thats normal. and recently my b___bs have gone from DD to an E.. is that a pregnancy sign? i do have a 2 yr old, but when i was pregnant with him i had no symptoms.. not even morning sickness, i didnt find out i was pregnat with him until i was 8 weeks (only cuz my friend was preggers and she wanted me to do a test for fun). i am trying to conceive. i got the implanon taken out of my arm 2 months ago. had my AF 23 days later. this month... nothing.. is it possible to get pregnant so soon after having it out? anyways, im gonna wait another week before i do another test... baby dust to all!! Update.. Now 11days late so decided to do a HPT at about 2pm today. It came up with a faint but light pink line in the section where it should be positive.. but then I don't think I got enough urine (to much info sorry) as it only gave me half of the next line that should be there regardless if your pregnant or not. I got so excited and couldn't resist using the second one of the pack 2 hours later, only to then get a fainter light pink positive. The first one I did although it is very faint pink I would cla__s as it being a positive however Im not sure if this would be cla__sed as invalid due to the second line not completing.. The second test is very very faint but the line if you look closely is there.. Im getting really hopefull now! Please keep your fingers crossed for me as I have a thought at the back of my mind that this was a dodgy pack of tests!! I am going to buy some more HPT tomorrow after work so I will update soon!

Sorry no idea why that posted without me finishing!! .. Until I turned round on my back, then the sickness went away. I posted a post earlier in the week to somebody about what symptoms I had a month after I had my depo injection had gone from my system. I basically had strong pregnancy feelings and symptoms and it turned out I wasn't pregnant, my doctor said it was just down to the fact my body was started to produce back to normal like it should do and was tricking me into being pregnant. I explained it abit better on an earlier post if you want to look back a few posts and read it. :-)

I read it. At the moment i am not really getting my hopes up. Ppl keep telling me that im preggers n i just say we'll see. Im trying not to think bout it too much, just incase im not

Had cramps today... But still no af n no signs of it coming either....

Here is an update... I went and had the blood work done and they said that everything came back normal? If the spotting last month was really my period then i am due to get it again tomorrow... i am praying it doesnt come! but if it does i am still concerned because this is 4 months off bc and still nothing?

no i had a period in august and september, October i just spotted for about 5 days and that was it

my periods have been all over the place, i came off my pill dec 09 and have had 6 periods in 11 months!! i had blood tests done and all my bloods were fine apart from my ovulation bloods!! did they test you for ovulation?? or for pregnancy? i have been ovulating but irregular!! they have given me clomid but thats because of my iregular periods!! which is to help me ovulate.....so you have been regular then!! its difficult to say cause everyones different.... i really hope the spotting turns out how you want it to, unfortunaltly mine hasnt.....we are still trying.....let us know if anything has xx
