No more sensitive than those that you can buy from the store that determine if you are pregnant after mising your period. There are those at the store that can detect up to 4 days prior to your period. Those are more sensitive than those at the doctors. If you really want to know have an HCG quant done at the drs.This is a blood test. But wait at least 6 to 7 days following conception...
