Skipping Periods But HPT Negative

I skipped my periods, its been 16 days,I have taken 3 pregnancy test since then , all turned out to be negative,i have an history of irregular periods , but that was corrected after dnc, i also had an miscarriage in january 2004, is it that the HCG is not showing in my urine test
