Hello! how important is it that you take a hpt with first morning urine? WIll i still get positive results if i try in the afternoon/evening. What brand of hpt do you all recommend?

good question!! i would like to know too!! i'm one week late and took a preg test in the evening however i drink alot of water during the day- does that even matter??

you can typically test any time of day. in fact, i took one at midnight a couple of nights ago and it came out positive. i would say pretty much any brand is good. my favorite (and the one i trust the most) is first response. the digital ones are kinda fun though. i think i read somewhere that drinking a lot of fluids can affect the results. i would recommend no drinking too much for about 4 hours and retest.
