Took Way Too Many Birth Control Pills

I have been on birth control for 2 years now, and a couple weeks ago on June 25 I had s_x with my boyfriend, he went in a couple times at first, then put a condom on. Well that was at the tail end of my placebo pills and i freaked out. I (i know it was stupid) took a whole other pack of pills over 3 days, and started a new pack regularly. A week later my br___t became a little swollen and I was cramping... the same way I feel before I get my period. I took a pregnancy test today, 13 days later, and it was negative, but I still feel like I am going to get my period.... can anyone help me??
