I believe it's around 6 weeks or so. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's around 6 weeks.

i am an ob nurse. you cannot hear a heartbeat by doppler until apx 10 weeks, but you can see one on us around 6 or 7 weeks

I think it depends on you. They say as early as 6 weeks but sometimes can't see til almost 7.
