have any of you ever been pregnant, yet it didnt show on an ultrasound? my last period was feb. 11

I was pregnant from July to October of last year. I had a miscarriage in mid Sept, or at least the doctor couldn't see the heartbeat, so he thought I was about to miscarry. I went back for another ultrasound a week later to see if the heartbeat was just late developing, but at that ultrasound the doctor couldn't see anything. My body somehow absorbed the pregnancy. It is technically called a "missed miscarriage." So, yes, you could have been pregnant and miscarried and then not show anything on an ultrasound. I am sorry if this is not what you really wanted to hear.
