is it safe to do the ultrasound in the radiology department of the hospital? I am concerned to pass all the xray, nuclear medcine, CT, those rooms when do the ultrasound at the same department?

Of course it is safe. The doors will be closed to any rooms that have patients in them who are having x-rays. Standing next to a machine that is not operating will not be harmful to your fetus.
