39 Weeks And I Need Advice

Its my first kid and i am almost 39 weeks along, i haven't been able to sleep in over 2 weeks. i get this horriable pain in my side and it wont go away with anything i try. and if i move the wrong way while i lay down i wake up crying from the pain....any ideas??
