42 Overweight And On Meds

I recently turned 42 and have decided to get pregnant again. DH and I want to ttc by end of summer. We have 3 girls, 13, 11 and 8, all healthy babies, all normal va___al deliveries. However, I am vey overweight (just joined WW last week!) and I am also on several meds for bipolar disorder. How about that?! Is it ridiculous and dangerous for me ttc under the circ_mstances? Please advise.
