Hello ladies, Does anybody know if you get a false positive from the hcg shot, does it continue to stay as a positive until you confirm that you are indeed prg or can it go from a false positive, to negative, back to positive again? I did my hpt at cd 20 and it was a faint positive but has been a negative ever since(I'm a testaholic)can it go back to being positive again?

Hi mmelo, thats is a tiugh question you have there, did you check with your doctor? he might have an answer for you. I know how bad that might feel . all what i can say, sty calm for now, until you finish the 2 weeks wait. then test again. plus i would really recommend you talk to your doctor. god bless you , i will keep you in my prayers.

Hi ladies ... mmelo & over40 : ) : ) : ) I'm "testaholic" too, I know the "wait", it's agony : ( Easier said than done(don't we all know that), I go with over40, stay calm and talk to your doctor(if it puts you at ease), however will call my girlfriend who in similar situation, see what she says.(She's an "occasional browser" to this forum)Just to share .... I 've been reading this book..."Pennies from Heaven" * 101 Meditations for Couples Trying to Get Pregnant - Authors Frances & Phillip Stone(they have similar experiences like us), by the way, book was a gift from my girlfriends. I found it comforting, even had a good laugh with my DH(In fact, we were both reading it together). Hope you read this book and hope it will do the same for both of you and husbands. And not forgetting Val, COL ,lara42 and ladies ttc too, hope you read this book too.
