About Ovulation And Taking Clomid Pregestrone

Hi,
I took clomid 5 days and i ovulated on 14 last month,now i took agian for second month and i didnot ovulate yet( today is 14 days after my perioud) what do i do? because i should take pregestorne 3 th day after my ovulation? should i wait? maybe i will ovulatte on next days ???????
please tell me
