Anyone Else Pregnant After Uterine Ablation

I'm 40 unmarried...not planning on getting married...I just found out I am pregnant...had uterine ablation & was told that I could not get pregnant...what now? No, abortion is not the answer

Wow Cathy! I don't know what to say. Can I adopt him/her? Just kidding. I too had heard that after UA one could not get pregnant. All I can think of are cliches...so I will say good luck with whatver decision you arrive at...I do believe that you and baby will make it just fine though. All the best, Elise

I say congratulations... do you have any other children? I can't think of any better gift than one of motherhood... Do you have a good support group.. family, friends, church? This is a wonderful site to build a support group if you need one.. Take one day at a time and do what makes you happy.. best of luck, Cissy

Hey Cathy, I saw your response to my question about E.A. in General Pregnancy Questions. My E.A. is scheduled for August 18th. My tubes are tied, so there's just a VERY small chance of me ever getting pregnant again, still it's a scary thought. Just wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you!
